  Cool guys but poor communication, late, & a broken dresser. We agreed on a 930AM start time- I received a text the night before asking if we could start at 10AM instead which I said was fine. Morning of the move I had heard nothing from them & once 10AM past I called. After the 3rd call they answered (now 1030AM) saying they picked up another job that morning & were still over 30 mins away. I understand that things happen but I am frustrated that they were not only late but not communicating with me & did not apologize. They finally arrived at 1120AM. When we got to my new apartment they had to unload quickly because even though I paid for 3 hours of help, since they were 2 hours late I had to have my truck back by 2PM (I still had more things that we didnt get to). They broke my dresser & instead of apologizing told me I’d need to go get screws & drill it back together. I also let them borrow my charger which they forgot to return & said they would bring back later (and didn’t).

  My husband & I highly recommend Mitch & Aaron with Thompson Relocations. They loaded our storage items into a U-Haul truck perfectly so that it all miraculously fit & all arrived safely to our final location. They were very professional, courteous & efficient.
