Customer Reviews

  • I am very disappointed with the moving help provided by Ivan and his partner. While I appreciate that they were hardworking, their performance was highly inefficient. It was clear they had no training or understanding of how to properly maximize space or safely load boxes and household items into a storage unit. Furthermore, communication was a major issue—they either didn't understand or refused to follow my direct requests and instructions. Because they require constant, strict supervision to get things done right, they actually added more stress to my move. I would not hire them again.
