  • The movers themselves were great and helpful. I did not receive any communication before the move, so I called the company myself the day before the move. We discussed the move and mutually agreed on a start time. The next day the movers were told an incorrect start time almost two hours after the time we had agreed on. Luckily the movers were extremely flexible, and dropped everything to make it to the move only a little after the scheduled start time. When I tried to call the company to discuss, the phone was never answered and I could not get in touch with them again.
