• 12hrs to move a household of 2. We moved all the clothes and little stuff. They left my furniture in pieces. Everything scattered all over the house. No organization. Im going to have to hire another crew just to finish the mess they left.

• The team arrived on time, focused on tasks, worked around short rain interruption, and still completed before the allocated time. Will use them again.

• The move helpers were running late but didn’t call until they were already late. They didn’t know when they would get someone to our house. When one helper finally showed up he said he was still waiting to hear back from the other helper. He dressed for the job and worked efficiently. The second helper arrived 45min later dressed in beach shoes. We finished the job half an hour later. Unfortunately due to move helps 2 hour min we still paid for 2 helpers for 2 hours when we only had 1 helper for 1.45 and one for 30min.
