Extremely disappointed! The movers were pleasant but very little English, hard to communicate. We have to completely rearrange the truck. They were unable to load our gun safe themselves, they had to call for additional help, knowing what needed to be loaded the company did not plan accordingly, so now we are having to load everything from our house ourselves. Seemed new to knowing how to load as requested or stack and pack in a truck efficiently. We had to pay an extremely high rate separately for special items that they couldn’t handle. Like gun safe and antique organ. Only about half the job got done.
