Communication was an issue initially. It was extremely difficult to get someone to coordinate the time. I eventually got someone and the 2 movers showed up on time. I requested that they bring a hand truck as I had some heavy items but they didn’t have one. Everything was packed ok, but I have cream clothed couches and they just threw them in the truck like that, standing upright on their side, and they both got extremely dirty from the floor truck floor. My plan was to lay the mats I had down to protect the couches from this, but it was too late when I noticed. Good experience overall, however.
