Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
These guys didn’t want to be there. They arrived nearly 90 minutes late after confirming the appointment time earlier that day. They were not very friendly. They complained about the job. They were careless with our belongings, stacking things haphazardly on the dollies. They just wanted to be done and get out of there. Not a good experience.
These guys did a great job
The point of contact is hard to understand. They tried to leave after they packed the big things and tried to run off. Stayed about 1 hour and tried to leave even though I paid for 2 hours. Didn’t pack the U-Haul trailer and had to repack the trailer an hour outside on the side of the highway because all the weight was in the back causing the trailer to sway dangerously. Didn’t bring any moving equipment. Had to use my bathroom and asked for cold drinks which I dont mind helping but did pay a lot for movers to pack a U-Haul trailer that’s 1 bedroom apt. I do not recommend and my stuff is wet from having to pull it out on the side of the road.
