  • First of all, I did not receive a call, email or text to confirm that the movers would be at my home at the scheduled time.Movers came 30 & 45 minutes late with no call. The movers were very young (still in highschool) and no adult was present with no vehicle. The young men worked really hard but you could clearly tell that they never received any proper training. Once the truck was loaded the young men were about to leave. I told them that they needed to come to my new place and unload the truck which their boss did not communicate. I could not get a hold of their boss for at least 30 minutes. Caller was unavailable with no option to leave a message. The young gentlemen came to my new place and helped. Very poor organization and communication until it was time to receive the payment code. I DO NOT recommend this company. The 2 workers were amazing, but owner-manager not good.

    I'm really sorry about your experience. The two guys wre temporary hires for the day because we were understaffed but now we have sorted out and accommodated transportation as well. We are affordable company because of our low prices and we try to help the community around us, my guys worked almost 3 hours but you paid only 2 hours but that's ok we as a company paid out of pocket. We appreciate your concern but leaving a 2 star review every though my guys worked an extra hour free, these kinds of reviews limits our ability to serve the community around us with fair prices, as currently we are the lowest priced moving company on uhual.   • They were very professional and careful moving our furniture. Showed up on time and they were very polite and well organized. I have not had movers as good as they guys. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to everyone looking for professional movers at an extremely affordable price.
