• They were good with communication. Terrance was prompt with replies. We were flexible on our timing so it was fine, but they agreed for 8-10 am time slot, but came at 1030pm citing longer travel time. We had paid for 3 helpers, only 2 people came and they were in a rush to get everything done within 2hrs and dropped a few things. This is why I knocked off a couple of stars for my experience with this company. They did a fairly good job for just 2 people.

  Also note, their previous movers did not show up for the job. I was notified and responded promptly. The customer received next day service as we tried to squeeze them into my schedule in a timely manner. Once me and my crew arrived at the job only half of the boxes were packed. We did as instructed and asked if they needed anything else done before heading out . Everything that was packed or boxed was loaded onto UHAUL safely.

• Terrance and his little brother were incredible. Saved us as the other mover did not respond to any texts or calls. Terrance was a great communicator and was very friendly. He and his brother were respectful, careful, and hard workers. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Went above and beyond
