1 out of 5. NEVER AGAIN! If you value your furniture, appliances, floors, walls, time, or sanity, DO NOT use this company. They moved slow, took breaks on my paid time, and packed the U Haul so poorly that we had to make THREE trips. They scratched my floors, marked my walls, broke items, and RIPPED A HOLE IN MY COUCH! Then they DROPPED MY DEEP FREEZER! Food, ice, and water went everywhere on REAL hardwood floors, and I do not even know if the freezer still works. Then they started arguing with each other after dropping it. The older, taller gentleman worked hard, but the worker with him was ridiculous. I paid for professional movers, not damaged property and more stress. I am requesting a FULL REFUND for the moving service and expect this company to address the damage they caused to my property. 0 out of 10. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
