I was only given 2 hours of labor when I paid for 4. Owned refused to refund me or credit me partial of the amount paid. I told him I would be getting the truck at noon and would prefer if they could come at the afternoon. No message past that, sent movers at 12 charging me for the hour I was getting the truck when I told him I would not even be there at that time. They started loading at 1 PM and then around 2.30 while unloading it was pouring so they stopped moving things and don’t work for about 30 minutes. Continued around 3 and then left at 3.30. So in total I only had around 2 hours of labor when I paid for double. They didn’t pack things correctly on the truck so my desk was chipped and my father had to repair it. They were in a rush, they had another job booked after mine and were unloading everything in an unorganized manner to the point we had to tell them to stop and fix and have access. They left at 3.30 had the audacity to ask me to write a 5 star review. I am livid.
