    Workers showed up about 10 minutes after my time started. They were friendly; however, they did not do a great job taking care of my furniture. My large wooden furniture pieces were loaded using a dolly for many of them. Oftentimes they were turned and dropped a bit hastily. My tv console, brand new as of this year, arrived scratched completely up the side, shelf broken off, and door reassembled backwards. My dresser that has been through one move got extremely scratched as well, the back corner of it being completely broken. It looks as though things were just slammed up against each other in the trailer. There were blankets in the trailer from U-Haul, so I’m not quite sure what happened. Overall, they were friendly and fast, but a bit careless with my furniture.
