Efficient love and care
The team offered a great price, and one of the workers was extremely hardworking, reliable, and attentive. He consistently reinforced boxes, cleaned up, and made sure everything was handled properly. His effort really helped the move go smoothly. However, the other worker appeared less engaged. He spent a lot of time on his phone and did not reinforce boxes as needed, which affected the overall quality of the service and the company’s image. Fortunately, the hardworking team member made up for many of these issues through his strong work ethic. Both workers were very polite and friendly, but the difference in effort between them was noticeable.
