Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They stole our playstation 5 and vr set out of the box. They kept going to their car they parked nearby and must’ve put that and more most likely from our stuff. I don’t think they expected us to unpack our U-haul tn and notice things missing. Fuck this business and their lies, now we’re missing at least $1500 of stuff. If you want movers choose literally anyone else in Dayton.
I contacted Carlos the same day as I had been previously advised by U-Haul that I wouldn’t be able to have my items delivered until the next day. He was able to expedite the process and get a team assigned the same day. They were fast, efficient, and communicative!
