    PickPack Movers

    We received the wrong Ubox. Instead of a pick up box, U-Haul gave the movers someone else’s drop off box and showed up wt 8pm which now SEVERELY inconveniences our cross country move to Florida as the movers now have to wait till tomorrow to move all our items from a regular U-Haul to a proper ubox. We are no longer in the state so we can no longer even monitor our stuff. I definitely now have a major gripe with U-haul & will need compensation.
