  • They dropped my TV

    We sincerely apologize for the experience and take your concerns seriously. While our team did not witness a TV being dropped during the move, we are looking into the situation and want to make sure your concerns are properly addressed. For future moves, we highly recommend using U-Haul TV boxes or other proper TV protection when transporting televisions. TVs can be especially fragile and require additional protection during any move. Despite the unfortunate situation, we truly appreciated your kindness and enjoyed helping you with your relocation. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to look into it.

  • My mother and I realized we had bitten off more than we could chew moving into our new home. Between the extreme heat and heat exhaustion, we knew we needed help. We called Kellen with Move-It, and within an hour they had a crew at our house the very same day. They were incredibly understanding, compassionate, and professional. It honestly felt like they were heaven-sent. They moved everything with great care and efficiency, including an antique armoire and a grandfather clock that meant a lot to our family. Every item was handled as if it were their own. We are beyond grateful for Kellen and the Move-It team. If you need movers who truly care and go above and beyond, don’t hesitate to call them.
