  • The team was very kind and professional. The coordinator was great to work with, and the movers themselves were friendly throughout the process. The move did end up taking longer than we expected. It took about 3-4 hours just to move items out of our one-bedroom apartment on the third floor, with only one larger, heavier furniture set. We had originally booked 5 hours to cover the full move, including travel and two stops, but needed an additional 4 hours to complete everything. Prior to moving day, we were told it might take less time, so this was a bit unexpected. There may have been opportunities to load the truck more efficiently, which could have helped with timing. We also noticed after the move was completed that our dresser had some damage. Overall, we appreciated how kind and professional everyone was, but efficiency could have been better.

  • I would recommend them to anyone. Brittany made sure we were set up before arrival and even suggested protective items to keep my stuff safe. They always communicated during the move to ensure everything was done. They were organized and speedy. They handled all items with care and loaded the truck so well I still had space to add anything I needed.
