• Would definitely use them again. Communicated clearly, very nice people, came when requested, even finished before the 2 hours. Service was overall excellent, and I would recommend them!

• Not a great experience unfortunately. Let me know they’d be two hours late, then showed up an hour even later than that. It was a man in his 40s maybe and his father who was not very fit. they also did not speak English so it was very hard to communicate without using Google Translate for everything. They were not very careful with boxes, setting them down harshly, stacking things without care. I had an open box of plants and they kept trying to stack things on its open top, and I kept telling them they couldn’t put anything on that box it was plants. They broke the lower shelf of my console table because they set it on a furniture scooter poorly and the it wouldn’t go over a threshold so he just kept pushing it and after a few tries it broke the shelf. Towards the end they were getting tired and seemed like they didn’t care about taking care of my things, just wanted to get them all in my apt. They were just piling everything wherever they wanted, not asking me.
