  • The U-Haul system initially directed the movers to a storage location that was about 40 minutes from my apartment, even though my actual U-Box was prepared at a U-Haul location only about 11 minutes away. Despite the extra travel time and the elevator closest to my apartment unit not being available, the movers were very hardworking and efficient. We had to use another elevator and walk a longer distance to move all of my furniture and boxes, but they still managed to get everything packed and loaded in less than two hours. I really appreciate their effort, flexibility, and professionalism. They handled all the extra challenges very well and worked hard to get everything done smoothly.

  • I HIGHLY recommend this company! I live in an apartment on the third floor so they had to deal with stairs. They handled it like champs! Very hard working group and very friendly as well. Would love to have them follow me to Colorado and help me unload!!!
