  • Moses and John did a great job with my move. Moses arrived 30 minutes early, which was a great start. They handled everything carefully during loading and unloading, and all my items arrived completely intact. Very professional and would definitely recommend.

  • I really wish I could recommend them because they were friendly and fast, but they caused some serious damage to things like an $800 coffee table that folds out into a dining table I had to save up for months to buy (chipped in multiple places, scratches, the top panel is warped and won’t fully close and the hinges have been damaged), my TV console (chipped and scuffed) and my bedframe that they insisted on moving partially disassembled (chipped, scuffed unsteady). They’re great people, but they don’t take a great amount of care with your stuff. Hate to do it, but I recommend looking elsewhere.

    James, we are very sorry to hear about your moving experience but based on our previous 5 star reviews, we always take great care of our customers belongings just like our own and have never had any issues. When you text us on February 19th, you said that you really didn't think there's really anything to do about it at this point but you wanted to give us a heads up before you left a review. We are truly sorry to hear that we fell short of your expectations and we hold ourselves to a higher standard. We responded to your text immediately on February 19th and asked you what we could do and you did not respond back. We did not take your bed apart. The other gentleman that was there at the time of the move took the bed apart. We only moved it. This is the main reason we always ask our customers to get sufficient pads to secure their belongings.
