  • The crew was almost an hour late from the start window 6-7. They arrived at 753. I understand that we were their last stop for the day so the delay wasn't totally unexpected. Communications was not great. I had to reach out to them several times for updates on the ETA. The crew was dropped off and did a decent job but the older guy was not respectful of the boxes and was handling them roughly. When finished, the crew didn't even have a ride back to the hotel so I drove them. I've dealt with 6 other mover help crews and this one was probably the worst company so far although the workers were decent. Not terrible but not very good either.

  • Tetris was such a blessing compared to the moving help we had in Houston. The two guys who helped us were very polite and listened to our requests for where we wanted the items placed inside our apartment. They finished unloading our 15 foot U-Haul in a little less than an hour. I would definitely request their services again!
