  • The movers were mediocre at best. They asked several times did the move involve stairs. I advised it was on the third floor and yes there are steps.. It seems to me they need to not perform any moves that have stairs..they complained the entire time. The end location did not have stairs it was a one way with stairs from a one bedroom apt to a house and we had minimal furniture. We all pitched in to help as time was passing. I paid for three hours and they used that all loading the truck. So when we arrived to the destination the alloted time passed and they did not setup any of the furniture they left everything in one spot and then asked for the payment code. Then asked for additional payment because they surpassed the allotted time. I do not recommend this company. Use at your risk!
