The movers were on time, professional, and careful with our belongings. One thing to note, if you hire them for both loading and unloading, their time does not stop after they finish loading your truck and drive to the new location. You are essentially paying for their travel time as well. For example, if your booking is from 9 to 10, the timer starts at 9 whether they have begun loading or not, and it ends at 10 regardless of where you are in the moving process. If the job takes longer, they will ask you to either pay cash or add more time through the app.
