  • Due to my traveling at night in the rain, I did not answer my phone when they attempted to reach out to me to reschedule service. They were shorthanded on my moving day and did not answer when I attempted to call them. They showed up after my son and I had unloaded almost everything, but DID move the large furniture (including the piano). To their credit, they were friendly and professional and handled the furniture with great care. SOOO thankful they showed up! They also did NOT charge me for the moving service except for the piano fee. I tipped both workers. I would use this service again - and make a better effort to answer my phone and check emails before such a move.
