  • Randy, the Company's dispatcher primary point of contact, was extremely prompt and responsive. 5 stars for the communication. The crew that came to do the moving was willing, but made some odd choices, such as walking furniture a long distance to the truck that I had already told them I was pulling up close to the house. Other than not seeming practical in that regard or that they listened, the crew were helpful and got the furniture moving job done. I would call Safekey again for a moving job, primarily due to dispatcher Randy's professional responsiveness. Thank you, Safekey.
