Crew was super polite, very pleasant and kind. However, I now have a scratched dining room table, two scratched dressers, as well as a ripped couch. These three guys were attentive and I like to think that they would have brought it to my attention if they had noticed these imperfections. I know for a fact these cosmetic damages weren’t there upon loading our truck, we hired a different company to load and we were in the truck with them. Alot of the items were placed in the wrong rooms than what I asked as well, which isnt too big of a deal. I was tending to my newborn while they were unloading so I wasn’t paying as much attention to help them as I should have. Personally, we will move our stuff on our own next time. But these guys were very kind and they did work hard.
