    They were great. I actually didn’t choose them first, which was a mistake (I didn’t see them initially). I had to cancel the first moving guys I had selected via U-Haul, after they didn’t message me (after booking them) for days, and basically blew me off when I tried to contact them to lock down plans. But as soon as I booked JB, Brian messaged me and got all the detailed followed up, etc. Luis and another employee were my movers, and they were great- my move into my new apt was 3 levels of stairs up in August heat. It was hot AF- brutal for them I’m sure- but Luis powered through it all and did as much as could ask. I would 100000 percent recommend them.
