• If you can find another moving company, do it!!!!! I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere because my experience with this company was beyond frustrating from start to finish. I scheduled two movers for 930 1000 AM because Alexis told me that was the only available time slot. Alexis knew I needed to leave briefly to pick up the truck because we discussed it beforehand. Despite that, the movers showed up at 830 AM and, even worse, they showed up at the wrong address. When I informed the mover they were at the wrong location, he told me it would take about 45 minutes to get to the correct address. Alexis still charged me for the time spent at the wrong house and for the drive to my home. The movers did not arrive until around 1000 AM, yet my four hours started at 830 AM. I paid for four hours but received far less. The unload was rushed, almost everything was dumped into one room, and they left. Never again.

• AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Owner is so incredibly unprofessional. Hired two movers, only one showed up and he showed up late. He wasn’t able to move many items as he was the only person and couldn’t do much of the heavy lifting, especially of the furniture and so my husband and friend had to help which defeated the purpose of us hiring movers. I spoke to the owner and she said she would issue us a partial refund since we’re only paying for one mover. Once I gave her the payment code she said she would issue the refund and that it’s been issued and I reached out to her a few times and I haven’t heard back. I reached out to moving helpers finally and they told me that this company never did indicate the refund. This is fraud and this was a terrible unprofessional company to work with.
