  Communication was a bit difficult and it was a bit of a rocky start, but we were overall happy with the quality of the work. On the day of the move, one crew member arrived close to the start time, but the other did not arrive until half an hour after the scheduled start time. We were not made aware of any delays or the reasoning for the lateness, and we tried communicating with the contact given to us by U-Haul, but it took a while to receive a response due to the contact being on vacation. We also did not know this before booking, but everyone in the company is deaf, so they do not take phone calls. Once the second mover arrived and they started working, they did a great job of loading our items and figuring out how to best pack our U-Haul. Both men worked very hard the entire time and made sure we got fully unloaded before leaving. It was a bit stressful at times, but we were very glad to have the crew’s help for our move!

  My experience with Apex Relocation Group was excellent. The team was prompt, professional, friendly, and worked quickly to get everything moved without any issues. There was a slight language barrier at times, but it was nothing that couldn’t be worked through with a little patience, some basic Spanish, and Google Translate when needed. Overall, the service was smooth and stress-free, and I was very satisfied with the experience. If I ever need moving services again, I would definitely use Apex Relocation Group, and I would gladly recommend them to friends and family.
