  Andy was extremely accommodating when it came to our reservation. We had to change our reservation at the last minute to be picked up same day as delivery date due to permit issues. He called ue late at night to get scheduling squared away even though we changed the reservation at 8 pm. He was at the U-Haul location right away in the morning as they opened and was very transparent with updates. He was accommodating with our limited street parking availability with the U-Haul containers, and even moved the containers at one point upon our request. I would recommend him and his company for your moving needs.

  I had a terrible experience with this company, I scheduled for two movers to load and unload and they didn’t show up until three hours past schedule time. I had to have family help load my things into the truck for only one mover to show up at the final destination to help my family unload. I was told that I would be reimbursed 50 percent , even though they didn’t do 50 percent of job, I haven’t received anything and I’m not able to get in contact with the company. They also offered for my next move to be free but why would I go back for another bad experience. Their communication was horrible from the start, I highly wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.
