The guys that showed up to help were great. However I would not hire this service again, the owner just hires random people (probably workers from task rabbit or similar). The 2 guys that showed up didn’t know each other from before and had no carts, tools, anything to help, I was surprised by the lack of professionalism from a hired service. The owner was rude, non-responsive at critical times and even hung up the phone to my wife on multiple occasions. Do yourself a favor and hire directly guys from trusted platforms, do not book this service.

Very professional movers! They handled all of my boxes with great care and did an excellent job wrapping my mattress and securely packing all of my belongings into the U-Box. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and made the whole moving process stress-free. I highly recommend Ace Moving Company to anyone in the North Carolina community!
