  • Due to limited extra funds, my husband and I really contemplated hiring professionals to help us with our move and oh my gosh was it fully worth every cent. We loaded our truck on our own and it took the two of us about 6 hours total to just pack our items the night before, the professionals at Bright Futures unloaded the truck in its entirety and brought our things up to our second floor unit in about 45 minutes. While time is only one factor to consider, I would also stress that all of our items were handled with utmost care and consideration and truly we could not have done this without them. I would like to specifically shout out the team we worked with, Andres and Gerardo, who were professional and honestly just the kindest throughout the whole process. When, and if, we move again I will absolutely be seeking out the services of Bright Futures and will recommend them endlessly to anyone wanting these services.

  • Guys showed up late, smelled like weed, unprofessional and slow. Didn’t know what the job was despite me putting it in websites and texts multiple times. Got lost on the way to the second location. They did treat my things nicely didn’t break anything and were good people though.
