  The owner of step in express we provided good service Nothing was prepared for the move to go smoothly No truck until a hour and half later the beds was not broken down apart and we had to break down the couches I warned in the text message before the move we would go over time due to the fact u had to go get the truck then we had to wait for you to get back to break down the beds I warned everything that was going to happen thank you for booking step in express movers

• Don't use this group! Being overworked isn't the customers fault. If you are going to be three hours late and then damage things cancel before you show up. I'd rather hire professionals that are on time and don't damage my possessions or home. Worst movers I've ever hired in my life.

  The owner of step in express I was three hours late because of two customers that was having problems getting there trucks this morning for there pick up time I texted you advance for the reason why I was going to be late there was no furniture damaged the home was never damaged you was unprofessional and rude tours the movers I never said anything about being overworked I told you that two customers before your service had trouble getting trucks that they requested for I was never unprofessional and rude to you my worker was a witness to everything how disrespectful and rude you was tours us I am just the mover I do not control truck booking reservations it was a little scratch on the wall I offered to clear for you and u denied the service none of the furniture or home was damaged
