William and the crew were great. We had numerous problems with U-Haul - the boxes were not ready when our movers arrived and U-Haul put one of the boxes onto the trailer backwards, which made unloading very difficult. William and his team did a great job dealing with these problems and making sure the job got done. We are very satisfied with their work.
