Communication was fine; however nowhere close to my expectations and I have used various mover through Uhal in various states. The team fha showed up was extremely inexperienced and I ended up directing and loading as they carried stuff out and we eventually told them to leave after about and 1.5 hrs into the 3 hours. I have never not tipped movers they work hard; today was that day. They snapped a door on a China cabinet after dropping it because they were arguing whose fault it was. The first statement from them was do you have any gloves and were put off when we didn't.. We were in from out of town moving my Dad into assisted living. I will say the owner called but started to argue with me the cord should have been taped up. These guys showed up ; no knowledge; no gloves ; tools. I thought maybe my expectations were to high until we got to the assisted living facility and men with a mission showed up... above and beyond service ... don't save the $50!!!!
