• So the day started well was blessings the care as they ask the had trouble starting their car. Once at the apartment slightly late. I did express to the best of my ability that we cannot access the loading ramp that was supposed to be provided. Kareem concerns were valid about safety but also far fetched as we were helping them maintain safety through my only route and paid for an additional 4 hrs (for slower safe pace). Kareem talked to his friend (probably not his employee) and came with an invented Hazard pay at the price of $150. Both him and his friend profited over my wanting to make my military move smooth. Kareem was asking for the pay be with Zelle or Cash App as there was no correct way to add to contract. I’ve seen scams before and workers so unprofessional. They even ask me where the bar was. Do not recommend him. Unless you plan to be extortionate for fees that he is trumping on top of the service. Taking advantage of females moving alone. I will not be using him again.

  We came on time ready to work, at the time we agreed. Upon arrival the loading dock was full of ice and no proper safe route to move your furniture. Your excuse was that you just got the apartment when you already seen the apartment. When we came to location you stated that you wanted us to step over ice and possibly risk our safety to move items into home. We asked to add more time so that we have enough time to complete move. I also gave you the option to cancel.
