  • The crew was great. They worked diligently from the moment they arrived but were also friendly. They made intelligent and logical decisions regarding the loading of fragile items. The only issue was that the loading of those fragile items did not allow for stacking as would generally be done so a few items had to be left behind. It was not a significant problem and has already been resolved. I do believe that U-Haul could have a variable rate for safes depending on the size and difficulty. Mine took about one minute to load.
