• DO NOT BOOK! This was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. They tried to charge me extra just because I asked them to place the boxes in the rooms they were labeled for. I have NEVER experienced that before. If that’s their policy, it should be communicated upfront before booking. They sent a man and a woman. I was skeptical at first, but they were polite, so I gave them a chance. Unfortunately, I regret it. The owner was rude, unprofessional, and lacked customer service. They didn’t take into consideration that it was raining and the movers were trying to protect my belongings. I even paid for an additional 2 hours and the job still wasn’t finished. To make matters worse, my 75-inch TV was broken during the move and left sitting on my couch with no protection. I’m in tears writing this because this has been one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this company.

  We are sorry you feel this way but we respectfully disagree with several statements in your review Your job listing stated there were no flights of stairs but when our crew arrived they had to carry your belongings up to a 3rd floor apartment which significantly increased the time and labor required A full unload to a third floor could not realistically be completed within the original two hour booking When the initial two hours ended the U Haul was not yet empty because of the unexpected amount of stair work Additional time was required to finish the job and your order was extended Our crew continued working and the job was successfully completed We also dispute the claim that your TV was damaged We documented the completed job with photos and submitted them to U Haul After reviewing the documentation U Haul found no evidence that the TV was broken and confirmed the job was completed
