They came unprepared and I supplied bungee cords and rope to secure my items. When the truck got to Encinitas CA and I opened the truck. My brand new Lazer Jet printer was shattered, and my toolbox had every tool out of the case. They did not secure my printer and I specified that this needs to be protected. One of the movers looked at it
