  • All of the guys that came out were incredibly friendly, respectful, eager to help, and worked quickly. Unfortunately, although they loaded much more than I imagined they could within 2 hours, there were a number of things they missed along the way. When they loaded my dresser, I had to remind them to put several drawers in before packing it in place; they had to unpack my mattress a bit to put the bag on, which was still never closed all the way when I saw it later and it was too late; and they didn't take stock of everything I had to load in the pod. After they left, my friends had to unpack and repack most of the pod to make use of the vertical space they hadn't filled. U
