  Delivery Overload, LLC.

  Communication was good prior to the move and the team was thorough and finished the job well. However, based on prior moving experiences, it was a very slow moving team. We had specified with the movers what we wanted prioritized in the move - the big stuff! Disappointedly, a significant portion of that was not loaded on the first truck which in turn forced us to add 3 more hours so a 2nd truck could be moved. We knew it would take more than one load all along but we only wanted the movers to help with the first load with the big stuff! Based on our experience, I would not recommend or use them again. They also did significant damage to our nice stainless steel fridge but did not discuss it with us.

  Chads Moving Assistance

  My move with Chad's Moving Service was absolutely outstanding! From the moment they arrived, the crew was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They handled every item with the utmost care, from heavy furniture to fragile boxes, making sure everything was securely packed and loaded. The team worked tirelessly, with a fantastic attitude, and completed the job faster than I could have imagined. They truly made a stressful day feel completely manageable. I highly recommend Chad's Moving Service to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy, and high-quality moving experience. They exceeded every expectation and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. A definite five-star experience!

  Lux Moving

  Lux moving manager was very helpful in the beginning, and tried his best to help me even though I had to get another company to unload my furniture being that his worker was only able to load the truck due to unfortunate circumstances. His worker RAY was very disrespectful towards me by insulting and texting me to SUCK HIS D'CK. I'm also upset because Lux manager stated that he will get the same worker who helped me, continue the job at a later time. Manager called me at 6PM stating that his workers been at location to unload since 530PM and that was a bold face lie being that i spoke to Ray prior and stated that he is no where near Queens (unload location) I was also informed by owner of the property that no movers was at the unload location. I was the one that kept reaching out to Lux manager to make sure if movers was going to still meet me at unload location and each time he told me he would call me back which he didn't to give me a time, until he claimed they was at location.
