• They showed up 3 hours late, without the u-box. I had to rent a trailer for them to load my things into, and bring to the u-box. They drove off and then went MIA with my belongings for almost 24 hours. I had to issue threats of reaching out to the authorities to get a response. When they finally completed the job, they began calling and texting frantically, asking for the payment code. When I told them I wouldn't pay the full amount because of the trailer fee I had to pay due to their mistake, their communications became extremely unprofessional. I did get it sorted, and did pay them, but you should NEVER let someone hire this crew again.

• These guys got the job done for us yes but on their own time. If you need time specific things done through these brothers I would pay the extra money to make sure that they come when they say they will. My husband started moving things out of the moving truck because they were over a hour late and got paid for extra time that they didn’t deserve. My family has had business in this valley for years and that’s not how you handle business but showing up over an hour late
