  • This was the worst moving experience ever! The only positive thing that happened was that they showed up on time. The older guy was a complete tornado! He came in like the Tasmanian devil and my things were basically thrown randomly into the truck without any organization. He was more worried about time than care of my belongings, and then he tried to load MY TV into the back of HIS truck!!! WTH?!? Who does that?!? When I asked what he was doing, he said this goes in here. I said no it does not, put it in the Uhaul!! Then the owner wanted to send the same 2 guys back to my house for the move-out clean that I requested. I said no, cancel that order! It was crazy!! I definitely DO NOT recommend thus team for your moving needs!!

    None of this was told to me ( the owner ) At the time of completion, you seemed content with the move. I have photos of the entire move and my guys record video while on the job now. No mention was made that the customer was unhappy and nothing looked out of place or out of the ordinary from this job to the next. My worker thought we were doing a load and unload, so we generally put TV's in vehicles to protect them from the vibrations of the uhaul truck- He did nothing wrong. You can't please everyone, and this customer is a prime example as to how some Karen's behave.
