  While I appreciate the service they provided, I think they overextended themselves and I got the tail end of it. I was their 4th move of the day and they were just exhausted. They asked me to come early, so I cut my load time early and traveled an hour & a half for them to be an hour late. To be fair, they did make sure to communicate the time frame mix up, but nonetheless, that was time I could have used to wrap up loose ends at the move out. They were beat and just wanted to be done, which is understandable, but in their rush, they scratched the paint on my banister from the bottom to the top, scratched the wall along the stair case, scratched my hardwood floor, and ripped up the trim underneath my staircase. All small cosmetic things so not too detrimental, but definitely avoidable. Nice guy, trying his best, but had just obviously over extended himself.

  Communication with the owner or manager was efficient and direct on the phone. I enjoyed that. One of the movers, Autumn, was fantastic. She worked double-overtime and was speedy, careful, and efficient. Unfortunately, the other mover, Kumail (I think that was the name?), was either high, drunk, sick, or some combination. He did literally nothing except stand around, wheeled some chairs around (when he should've picked them up), dirty my things, and generally wasted time. He kept insisting things go on the dolly when there is zero chance that they would go on the dolly, and complained that stuff was heavy. Luckily, Autumn and I were able to move all of the things ourselves. I essentially paid for one mover.
