• I booked and paid for a 4-person crew for 2 hours to unload my moving truck on June 9. Despite my confirmed order, the company sent only 2 movers because I missed a text asking to reconfirm the crew size. I had no choice but to accept, and the job took nearly 4 hours. The movers handled my furniture carelessly. They even dropped the top of my brand-new dining table right in front of me. I couldn’t assemble it until June 24, when I discovered a cracked corner on my $3,000 table. I immediately filed a damage claim, but I still haven’t received a response. One mover also spent too much time on his phone instead of working, and at the end of the job they repeatedly pressured me to leave a review. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, especially if you have new or valuable furniture.
