The movers didn’t show up when scheduled for the evening, promised to have a crew the next morning, the crew didn’t arrive until 3pm (2 hours before truck was to be returned), and then the crew left the job before all of my furniture had been unloaded from the truck! I had to rent the truck for another day and hire another mover to finish the job. Don’t hire these crooks!

Mark was an extremely difficult client to work with. And I mean EXTREMELY! 2 others movers previously cancelled on him and he took every opportunity to take that out on the companies movers. Timing had to be rescheduled and customer agreed and I have the proof the customer agreeing to the time being changed a few hours. Mark paid for 3 hours for workers and needed 7+ hours of work to be done and did not want to compensate for the extra 4 hours needed. He sent nasty text messages cursing and being extremely disrespectful. We have never encountered a customer behaving in this manner.
