  • The movers were friendly and courteous, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the actual service. The loading process felt rushed and lacked the strategy I expected from professional movers. Boxes and larger items were not packed in a way that maximized truck space, which resulted in not everything fitting. Because of that, I now have to make an additional trip to retrieve the remaining items, along with the added expense of renting another vehicle, gas, and lost time. When paying for professional moving help, the expectation is efficiency and experience in properly loading a truck to avoid exactly this situation. While I appreciate their kindness, the overall execution fell far short of expectations.
