• I am extremely dissatisfied with this moving service. The movers handled my belongings carelessly—boxes and large items fell off the trolley inside my home before transport even began. I now have to inspect everything for damage. They also mishandled my new sofa, repeatedly hitting walls and damaging my kitchen pantry door, which they never acknowledged or apologized for. Despite giving clear instructions, I was ignored. My husband had to step in to help due to their lack of efficiency and professionalism, even though we were paying for full service. This experience was stressful and unacceptable. I expect proper care, accountability, and professionalism when paying for a service. I do not recommend this company and strongly suggest better training in customer service and handling of clients’ belongings.

• The guys were great. Very professional and efficient. Treated our items carefully. I recommend them and would use them again! We had to reschedule because of a challenge with the truck rental and Felix was able to accommodate our changed timeline.
