• I received instant service confirmation after booking directly from the company. The movers called beforehand the day of service and they arrived on time. Service was absolutely efficient and professional all the way. Great business.

• Initial interaction was great. They called immediately after receiving the request, had a quick response time and were very professional. They arrived and we gave them boxes and packing material as well as some of the original boxes that our kitchenware went in so that it was easier to pack. By the time they were done, all boxes had been used and loaded from our kitchen and we thought everything went smoothly. That was until we started looking at the boxes... not only did they rip out all of packaging in the specified boxes and throw it out of the way for something completely unrelated. But they also stacked our dishes on top of each other with nothing in between them so they wouldn't break. Then we look over and find out they spilt oil all over one of the boxes and let it leak all over the ground in the kitchen and said absolutely nothing to us. Since seeing all of this we are now concerned about the rest of our kitchenware but unfortunately dont have the time to go through every box.
