• I had a very poor experience with this moving company. The movers arrived over 4 hours late, which significantly disrupted my day and plans. During the move, they did not use moving blankets or proper protection for my furniture. As a result, my $1,500 dresser was damaged with visible scratches, scuffs, and gouges. This was a well-maintained piece that was not in this condition prior to the move. After the move was completed, I also noticed my bike was missing, which is extremely concerning. Overall, I did not receive the level of care or professionalism expected for this type of service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this company.

• I am very disappointed with my experience using this moving company. The team arrived over 4 hours late, which caused significant disruption to my schedule and plans for the day. They said they had a move prior to mine and would get to me between 1-2 pm, but didnt arrive till 6. This let to them being tired and careless with my furniture. During the move, no moving blankets were used to protect my furniture despite them being available. As a result, my $1,500 dresser was left scratched, scuffed, and gouged. This was a high-value item that I had taken care to partially protect myself, but the lack of proper handling during transport led to extensive damage. My bike was left for last. It would have fit but they were too tired to rearrange some things to make it fit and said they would put it in their truck for the move, they stole it. Overall, the level of care and professionalism did not meet expectations, and I would caution others to consider these issues carefully before booking.
